Contractors is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee $20 million+ projects. This role involves coordinating all aspects of site operations, including subcontractors and site logistics. You will play a critical role in maintaining schedules, leading safety assessments, and ensuring all work complies with building standards. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily site operations effectively
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Proactively address project risks and delays
Conduct thorough site inspections and safety meetings
Manage documentation and project close-out processes

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction
At least 5 years in a Superintendent role
Robust understanding of construction sequencing
Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
