Your main responsibilities will include: Preparing the usual litigation legal proceedings; Managing litigation delays:



calculating and recording them in the agenda; Rigorously follow up files with Lawyers to whom files are sometimes delegated; Prepare documentation for internal meetings and management committees, both in Quebec and with Canadian stakeholders. SKILLS REQUIRED: Significant experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant; High drafting standards; Ability to produce superior formatted documents in Microsoft Office Suite; Strong organisational and priority-management skills; Outstanding team spirit and interpersonal skills; Meticulous, detail-oriented and confidentiality.
