Develop and implement category strategies for various services
Lead sourcing events including RFIs,



RFPs, and RFQs
Conduct market analysis and total cost assessments
Negotiate high-value contracts with legal partnership
Manage supplier performance with KPIs and initiatives Requirements:
5 to 8 years in strategic sourcing or procurement
3+ years of leadership experience
SCMP or CIPS designation is preferred
Experience in mining or heavy industry is a plus
