What You’ll Do
Work inbound (performance‑based) leads daily
Conduct discovery calls and client consultations
Present tailored mortgage solutions
Guide clients through the mortgage process
Maintain pipeline and follow-ups in CRM
Participate in weekly performance coaching

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of mortgage sales experience
Full‑time, in‑office availability (40 hours/week)
Robust communication and client‑relationship skills
Value structure, accountability, and skill mastery
