The Finance

Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing all fiscal aspects of SilverStar Mountain operations. This full time position involves managing the accounting team and ensuring compliance with internal controls. You will also actively participate in strategic discussions alongside the Senior Leadership Team to align financial goals and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Collect, interpret, and report financial data accurately
Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
Manage expenses and assess financial performance
Prepare project evaluations and financial analysis reports
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies

Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Business or Administration
7+ years in Finance or Accounting roles
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience with internal controls and budgeting
