Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) to deliver Front Office transformation using Aladdin, eFront, and IBOR platforms Join a multi-year investment platform transformation program focused on modernizing technology and data capabilities across investment, operations, and finance teams.

This role supports Front Office transformation initiatives for Global Credit (Publics & Privates), including workflow redesign, solution integration, reporting, and testing activities.

The position works closely with portfolio managers, traders, investment SMEs, and technology teams to translate complex trading and portfolio management workflows into implementable business requirements.

The program offers exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives supporting private credit, bank loans, and capital markets workflows.

Must Haves 10+ years in Business Analysis , requirements documentation , and Front Office capital markets workflows Aladdin , eFront , or IBOR platforms implementation and configuration experience within investment transformation projects Private credit instruments , bank loans , leveraged facilities , and portfolio management workflows expertise Workflow design , solution integration , trade lifecycle events ,



and business process redesign across equities, fixed income, ETDs, OTCs, and FX University degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Nice to Have CFA certification Experience with CRD and Bloomberg platforms Familiarity with fund-of-funds, co-investments, and separately managed accounts (SMAs) Experience supporting private credit data integration across upstream and downstream systems Responsibilities Partner with investment SMEs to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Front Office workflows Translate portfolio management and trading requirements into implementable configurations for Aladdin and eFront platforms Facilitate current-state and future-state workflow design workshops with Front Office stakeholders Lead business process redesign activities aligned to recent platform capabilities and investment workflows Coordinate status tracking, risk identification, and issue management across cross-functional program teams Support testing and reporting workstreams through business requirement specifications, use cases, and test plans Coordinate rollout and onboarding activities for Front Office platform changes and enhancements
