Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a large accounting team, fostering a cooperative and high-performance culture.

Oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.

Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley)



requirements, including the design, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls.

Partner with finance leadership to strengthen internal controls, streamline accounting processes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Coordinate and manage external audits while serving as the primary liaison with external auditors.

Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions and emerging accounting standards.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives by partnering with cross-functional business leaders.

Review and approve account reconciliations, journal entries, and balance sheet analyses.

Drive process automation and system enhancements to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
