Your role is crucial for delivering high-quality education, program evaluations, and data collection that helps improve provincial survivorship programs. Your direct involvement will shape impactful sexual health practices within a team-oriented healthcare workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient coaching and education in sexual health
Support research coordination and participant engagement
Assist in data collection and outcomes measurement
Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives
Maintain documentation and ensure confidentiality
Requirements:
1–3 years in coaching or healthcare delivery
Experience in oncology and survivorship care
Proficient with virtual care platforms
Bachelor’s degree in relevant health field
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
