In this role, you will support the creation, management and publication of high-quality technical documentation for civil and defense customers while contributing to process improvements.
Duties & Responsibilities Publish S1000D Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (IETPs).
Create and modify data modules (DM) in a CSDB environment.
Develop and maintain documents, templates and macros in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.
Participate in internal peer reviews.
Troubleshoot and improve authoring and publishing tools.
Propose and implement improvements to documentation processes including AI usage.
Minimum Qualifications University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience.
Strong proficiency with Windows-based applications and tools (Arbortext, Word, Acrobat, Share
Point).
Knowledge of XML and HTML.
Understanding of content management systems and databases.
Knowledge of S1000D and aviation standards.
Basic knowledge of AI tools.
Familiarity with graphics and presentation software.
Preferred Qualifications Ability to manage multiple projects.
