Overview

We''re partnering with a well-established Lower Mainland design-build general contractor with decades of success delivering commercial and industrial projects across BC. With a robust pipeline of repeat business, they''re looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their leadership team.

Responsibilities
Lead projects from pre-construction through completion.
Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, change orders, and client relationships.
Coordinate consultants, municipal approvals, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications
10+ years of project management experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
Robust knowledge of BC construction practices and municipal approval processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
