As the Senior Director for HSE Client Services, you will play a critical role in aligning safety protocols with business strategies. Your leadership will guide a team dedicated to incident resolution, compliance management, and talent development.

You are also tasked with collaborating with account leaders to ensure impactful HSE program implementation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Direct the management of health and safety programs
Lead successful incident investigations and root-cause analyses




Develop solid HSE teams through mentorship and coaching
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and client HSE guidelines
Coordinate resources for effective program delivery

Requirements:
Degree in a relevant scientific discipline
15+ years of HSE experience, preferably in facilities management

Advanced communication and leadership skills
Solid preference for bilingual capabilities in English and French
