In this role, you will play a key part in supporting clients through a human, professional, and solutions-oriented approach.

What you will do Welcome clients and guide them through their decision-making process.

Respond to incoming inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Ask the right questions to understand expectations fully and priorities.

Present available options and help clients identify the best solutions for their needs.

Follow up throughout the entire sales process.

Coordinate certain steps with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

Contribute to business development through prospecting and participation in various events.

Keep records, follow-ups, and client information up to date in internal tools.

Build lasting relationships based on trust and quality service.

What it takes to succeed Relevant sales experience.



A strong consultative sales approach.

Excellent communication and listening skills.

The ability to manage multiple files and priorities at once. A strong team spirit and customer-service mindset.

Good command of standard technology tools.

Bilingualism in French and English.

Interest in the housing or construction sector is considered an asset.
