Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, creating a friendly atmosphere from the moment they arrive
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities through friendly recommendations
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments swiftly
Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience,



providing prompt service and addressing any concerns with professionalism
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with solid guest service skills
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cashiering
Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, change calculation, and inventory checks
Solid communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and team members
Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a focus on creating positive guest experiences and upselling opportunities
