Duties
Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
Guide guests through the omakase dining experience
Explain ingredients, preparation techniques, and seasonal menu offerings
Describe fish varieties and Japanese culinary traditions
Recommend sake, wine, and beverage pairings
Identify dietary restrictions and allergies
Prepare beverages including tea, sake, and wine
Serve food and beverages with proper etiquette and timing




Maintain immaculate table presentation throughout service
Process payments accurately using the POS system
Assist with opening and closing duties
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and service stations
Collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless service
Deliver personalized hospitality that exceeds guest expectations

Skills
Previous fine dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred
Exceptional guest service skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of wine and sake is an asset
Experience with POS systems
Cash handling experience
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Excellent attention to detail
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to memorize menu items and daily features
Passion for hospitality
Interest in Japanese cuisine and culture

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
