Mai Thai Cuisine is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Server to join our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant, love providing excellent hospitality, and have a passion for food, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Explain menu items and make recommendations when needed.
Upsell menu items, beverages, and desserts.
Ensure tables are clean, organized, and ready for guests.
Process payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, washroom area.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.




Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Help with opening or closing duties.

Requirements
Previous serving or restaurant experience is an asset
Have positive customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
Positive attitude and solid teamwork skills.
Must be reliable, punctual, and qualified.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Knowledge in Thai food is a plus
French is required.
