Support migration and upgrade strategies for Service

Must-Have Qualifications Proven experience as Application Architect with Service

Now.

Solid knowledge of Service

Now platform architecture and modules.

Ability to design complex integrations and workflows.

Experience in enterprise-scale Service

Now implementations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Service

Now Certified Application Architect or similar certification.

Experience with ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.

Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks.
