We are seeking a friendly and qualified Server/Bartender to join our agile team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities
Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity
Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, including setting up and breaking down stations
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and accommodating special requests
Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure
Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify guest ages when necessary
Assist in opening or closing duties as assigned, including stock replenishment and cleaning
Skills
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is preferred
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly desirable
Robust time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for cashiering, making change, and calculating bills accurately
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
This position requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and committed to providing outstanding service. All roles are paid positions, including internships. Pay: $3,000.00-$3,500.00 per month
