looking for a Bartender to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. The position requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.

QUALIFICATIONS

Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage Management preferred
Previous experience as a bartender, restaurant or other beverage provider is required
Prior experience with POS systems preferred
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure under stress
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work with limited supervision
Positive attitude and ability to work harmoniously with others
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time and be able to reach, bend, stoop and kneel

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may include the following. Bartender Responsible for the overall customer experience. Responsible for the quality of all drinks served including garnishing, mixing, pouring, mixing garnishes, bottle opening and closing. Maintain inventory levels at all times.

Ensure all drinks are prepared correctly by checking ingredients,



preparing recipes and following all required procedures. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including stoves, refrigerators and other equipment. Must be able to work in all weather conditions and be able to perform opening closing duties.

Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers regarding orders, drinks and any other issues that may arise during service. May require you to work during peak hours (11am-3pm) from time to time depending on the needs of the business.

May require you to work weekends if needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a positive attitude towards customers and co-workers
Robust customer service skills from previous experience in the restaurant industry preferred

Job Types: Full time, Part time Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
