Job Description QA Lead - Insurance Domain Location: Toronto, ON Work Model: Hybrid 3 days at client office Experience Required: 10+ years Skills EIS: QA Inspection and Testing Skill Role Description Define and own end-to-end test strategy across functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.

Establish master test plans, quality gates, and entry/exit criteria in line with enterprise SDLC.

Lead QA teams, manage test resources, settings, and delivery milestones.

Ensure full traceability from business requirements to test cases and defects.

Oversee defect triage, quality reporting, and release readiness sign-off.

Collaborate with product, development, and business stakeholders across Lines of Business (LOBs).

Support QA automation,



CI/CD integration, and continuous quality improvement.

Essential Skills 8+ years of QA experience, including leadership of large enterprise testing programs.

Solid knowledge of QA governance, test management, and regulated environments (Insurance/BFSI).

Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

Exposure to test automation, Agile/Hybrid delivery models, and Dev

Ops practices.

Excellent stakeholder communication and offshore/onshore coordination skills.
