Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and drink orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all food safety standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices
Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management




Assist in opening or closing duties, including restocking supplies and verifying food safety compliance

Skills
Proven experience in restaurant or food service settings with robust customer service skills
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and basic calculations
Ability to serve guests professionally while maintaining a positive attitude
Experience with food industry operations, including serving, bartending, and hospitality best practices
