Duties
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring timely and friendly service
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with established recipes and safety standards
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations
Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Manage cash transactions accurately, including cashing out guests and balancing registers at shift end
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Experience
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders efficiently
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately
Experience in hospitality environments that require multitasking and quick thinking is a plus
