Lead complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects with a leading General Contractor in the GTA, Ontario. This role offers a collaborative workplace to manage projects from preconstruction to completion.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery through effective leadership. With a focus on leadership and strategic planning, you'll work with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project integrity and financial control.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects
Develop budgets, cost structures, and financial reporting systems
Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams on strategies




Partner with the Superintendent on schedules and milestones
Manage subcontractor relationships and procurement processes

Requirements:
10+ years of construction experience in project management
CET or P. Eng. designation preferred
Experience in managing complex stakeholder settings
Robust negotiation and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
