Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and productive Server/Bartender to join our lounge team. The position will start as serving shifts in the lounge. But, may also include Bartending shifts in the lounge and/or for events in our halls.

Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using Lightspeed POS system.
Take customer orders and ensure timely service.
Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with attention to accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness of bar area, glassware, and utensils in compliance with food safety standards.
Verify identification to ensure legal drinking age is met.
Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels.
Engage with guests professionally to promote a positive atmosphere and handle any customer concerns promptly.
Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures in accordance with industry standards.

Skills




Proven experience in serving or bartending roles.
Proficiency with POS systems for order entry and cashiering.
Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage guests courteously and professionally.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating drink recipes accurately.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $18.25-$18.65 per hour
