Serve certification Excellent communication skills Flexible schedule required Strong work ethic and a positive team player Previous serving and bartending experience Previous supervisory experience is an asset Shift Leader Shift leaders ensure a smooth running of restaurant service in assistance to the GM and AGM.

This includes, but is not limited to liaising with FOH & BOH teams, handling customer concerns & complaints, and setting up the restaurant for a successful service by managing all FOH team members.
