Complete Role Description Validate RESTful and event-driven APIs to ensure functional accuracy, performance, and reliability.

Design and execute API test cases covering positive, negative, and edge-case scenarios.

Perform automated API testing using tools and frameworks such as Postman, Karate, and REST Assured.

Validate API security, authentication, and authorization using OAuth2 and JWT.

Collaborate with API Developers, Solution Architects, and Dev

Ops teams across delivery pods.

Support CI/CD integrated testing, defect triage,



and release sign-off.

Ensure compliance with enterprise quality, security, and regulatory standards.

Essential Skills 47 years of experience in API or integration testing within BFSI or regulated settings.

Robust understanding of REST APIs, JSON, protocols, and integration patterns.

Experience with API test automation and defect management tools.

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.

Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
