Responsibilities Provide guidance during the development of procurement artefacts for technology goods and services Conduct quality review of procurement artefacts for technology goods and services Working closely with IT stakeholders, assist in the development of procurement artefacts for technology goods and services Conduct review and assessment of existing IT contracts (goods & services) and provide recommendations as appropriate.

Consult, analyze and evaluate existing IT contracts, and document contractual requirements for net contracts and renewals Identify contract lifecycle, including schedule, renewal, expirations Develop (and track) contract (procurement) status Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with stakeholders Interpret, apply and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures Meet schedules and time lines Be a adaptable,



resourceful and creative problem solver Other duties as assigned Qualifications Completion of a recognized degree or diploma in an IT related discipline or an equivalent combination of education, certification and experience Minimum 10 (ten) years of Information Technology industry experience Minimum 5 (five) years of experience developing and managing technology contracts (goods and services) Minimum 5 (five) years experience writing procurement and contract artefacts for technology goods and services.

Minimum 3 (three) years experience as an IT operations manager.
