Drive accurate cost estimation for complex capital projects as a Senior Project Controls Estimator. Collaborate across engineering and construction disciplines while supporting project approvals and execution strategies. In this role, you will report to the Estimating Manager, developing and validating Class 5 to Class 1 capital cost estimates based on client industry standards.

Your expertise will facilitate the analysis of contractor estimates, create benchmarks, and identify risks and prospects for project success. Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive capital cost estimates across all project phases
Apply various estimating methodologies based on project requirements
Lead estimate reviews and validation exercises




Ensure compliance with estimating guidelines and regulatory standards
Collaborate cross-functionally to align on project scope

Requirements:
Technical diploma or University degree
Minimum of 5 years estimating experience
Prior field construction experience in large industrial projects
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
