As a UX Researcher, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping product experiences by uncovering insights that drive design and business decisions. You will bring a mix of technical expertise, design knowledge, and solid communication skills to the team.

We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to one of the two locations and are not offering relocation assistance at this time. Collaborate closely with interaction designers, content strategists, product managers, and marketers. Plan and conduct lightweight prototype testing to evaluate design assumptions and reduce risk prior to development.

Apply statistical methods to interpret research findings and ensure reliability and significance. Support customer experience measurement programs, including survey execution, data quality monitoring, and longitudinal reporting. Work with researchers, analysts, and data scientists to triangulate findings across data sources.

Design and execute light qualitative studies (e.g., interviews, usability tests) to complement quantitative findings. Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence product design.



4+ years of proven experience in UX research within software or digital product environments. ~ Proficiency in inferential statistics and ability to structure controlled experiments. ~ Experience with tools like Excel, R, or Python for running basic analyses. ~ Strong understanding of UX principles and design heuristics. ~ Experience conducting top-down qualitative analyses aligned with research objectives. ~ Familiarity with triangulating findings using multiple data sources. ~ We offer a variety of social programs, versatile work hours and family‑friendly advantages to all of our employees.
