Key Responsibilities: Lead the coordination, preparation, and submission of proposals, qualifications packages, and related materials Review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to ensure accurate,



compliant, and timely submissions Manage proposal schedules, templates, project sheets, resumes, and tracking/reporting tools Support marketing initiatives including social media content, website updates, project profiles, and promotional materials Develop compelling written content such as case studies, project descriptions, and award submissions Monitor procurement sites and track new business prospects Assist with conferences, events, sponsorships, and industry relationship-building efforts
