Title of Course NUSC 4P20 Leadership in Nursing and Management Compensation Effective September 1, 2026 - $7, per half course (195 hours nominally) Effective September 1, 2026 - $15, per full course (390 hours nominally) Please note: Instructors who are employed in a 2-hour/week lecture, or the equivalent of a 2- hour/week lecture, are responsible for the first hour of seminar/lab in each course.

Qualifications 1.

PhD in Nursingor related discipline.

If there are no qualified PhD applicants, we will consider those with Masters degree in Nursing and relevant clinical and teaching experience. 2.

Experience in teaching leadership and nursing management. 3.

Prior teaching and/or research experience in the study of Nursing 4.

Evidence of competent and effective teaching experience at the undergraduate university level (letters of reference and course/performance evaluations). 5.

Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
