Identify prospects for process optimization and innovation.

Define scope and analyze data to support recommendations Assess the overall impact of proposed recommendations Present recommendations to a variety of stakeholders for approval Translate business needs into well-defined requirements and project deliverables.

Work collaboratively with various partners to ensure deliverables meet business standards Support business testing, gather user feedback,

Develop user-friendly documentation and training materials What Youll Bring: Undergraduate degree (or higher) in business or related field.

Over 5 years of experience in financial services, including Business Banking and Business Credit Adjudication.

Detailed-oriented, with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and foster partnerships.

Ability to manage multiple deliverables and adapt to emerging priorities Understanding of business banking client lifecycle would be an asset.

An inquisitive nature with confidence to challenge current state.
