Job Details Description Position: Cleaner Location: Kingston, ON Type: Existing vacancy Hours: 40 hours per week, includes weekend shifts every other week Compensation Range (includes salary & shift premium): $40,500-$44,500 Overview As a Cleaner at Homestead, you will help us to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our spaces.
This includes regularly cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces.
You will ensure garbage and recycling rooms are well maintained.
Help maintain a clean, welcoming workplace for residents and visitors while following established cleaning routines.
Responsibilities: Sweeping, Mopping, Dusting, Vacuuming, etc.
Maintaining the cleanliness of elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, Fitness rooms Tenant units upon vacancy (including bathrooms, kitchens (ovens & fridges) Winter snow removal Other duties as required
