Apply now and become part of this team! YOUR ROLE: As a Litigation Legal Assistant, you will provide essential support to the firm''s lawyers specializing in real estate disputes.
Your main responsibilities will include: Preparing and reviewing legal documents and court procedures related to real estate litigation (e.g., complaints, petitions, defenses); Managing legal deadlines and ensuring compliance with procedural timelines for active cases; Drafting and modifying letters, contracts,
and other legal documents related to real estate matters; Preparing supporting documents for litigation files; Collaborating with lawyers and other assistants on various administrative and legal tasks; REQUIRED SKILLS: DVS Secretarial Studies with legal specialization or DCS in Office technology with a legal specialization or any combination of relevant training/experience; Litigation experience required; Knowledge of the real estate sector will be considered an asset; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook); Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously; Autonomy, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to work under pressure in a demanding setting; Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and professionalism.
