Functions: Lead daily production operations across multiple lines, areas, and/or shifts to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.

Provide direction, coaching, and performance management for Production Supervisors and Production Teams.

Monitor key operational metrics and implement corrective actions to improve performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet production demands.

Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Materials teams to resolve operational issues.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, cost reduction, and waste elimination.

Support employee development, training, and succession planning efforts.

Assistin the implementation of new processes, equipment, and operational strategies.

Communicate production performance, challenges, and opportunities to plant leadership.

Qualifications Required: High school diploma or GEDrequired.

Bachelor''s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred. 5+ years of manufacturing experience. 25 years of progressive leadership experience in a production workplace.

Robust understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.

Experience leading supervisors or multiple production teams.

Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficiencywith ERP, MES, and Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications Desired: Lean Manufacturing and/or

SixSigma certification.

Multi-shift manufacturing leadership experience.

Experience in automotive and/or glass manufacturing.

Other Requirements: Ability to work within a manufacturing setting.

Ability to stand and walk throughout production areas for extended periods.

Ability to occasionallylift upto 50 lbs.

Ability to wear required PPE andcomply withplant safety requirements.
