Managing customer needs via phone calls and emails Working with customers to create and modify orders Educating customers on whats recent and creative in our industry Account creation Arranging pickups with customers Entering complaints and returns into system Being a part of a team philosophy of engagement by working with the team to achieve company targets and objectives Ability to effectively work with colleagues from all departments: sales, marketing, purchasing, accounting What are we looking for? Bilingual is required.

Learning agility is an asset.

Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required Experience with furniture or architectural hardware is an asset SAP experience is a robust asset Soft skills in working with customers Ability to take initiative and multi-task Excellent organizational and planning skills Whats in it for you?
