Position Overview Responsible for the continuous supply, delivery, and maintenance of essential building services such as steam, electricity, compressed air, heat, air conditioning, standby power, hot and cold water, medical gases and any other critical service requirements within the MHC campus.

Ensures that all responsibilities are performed in an effective, effective manner, observing all applicable safety measures, codes, regulations and standards.

Experience Previous experience as a 3rd class Power Engineer, preferably in a health care, commercial, institutional setting.

Wide range of trade experience in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, controls is preferred.

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Must have a current Manitoba 3rd Class Power Engineering certificate.

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training requirements for this position shall be in accordance with the Employer policy.

Qualifications and Skills Knowledge of the English language consistent with the demands of the positions.

Computer skills are recommended.
