Our large, enterprise Oil & Gas industry client is seeking a Senior Project Manager/ Delivery Lead with SAP experience to own, deliver, and coordinate various Maintenance & Reliability initiatives. (Note: open to a blended Project Manager/ Coordinator or more Intermediate-level Project Manager) This role manages and coordinates 23 concurrent small to mid-sized projects within a maintenance and reliability portfolio while acting as the bridge between IT and business stakeholders.

The projects span from tool upgrades, master data optimization, and system enhancements.

Initial contract through year-end with a solid possibility of extension.

Full time onsite within Downtown Calgary.

Must-haves: 7+ years'' Project Management experience with robust ownership and coordination experience (or 6+ years'' blended PM/PC experience)



Recent experience leading at least one SAP project, preferably involving SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), or maintenance-related functionality Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams or smaller projects simultaneously Robust stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across both IT and business teams Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives with minimal oversight Nice-to-haves: Experience delivering projects within Maintenance & Reliability or Asset Management portfolios Oil and Gas or other asset-intensive industry experience
