Develop end-user documentation (user guides, quick reference guides, SOPs) aligned to Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service) Design and build instructor-led and eLearning courseware, including presentations, exercises, and assessments Translate complex system workflows into easy, user-friendly content tailored to diverse audiences Partner with SMEs, business stakeholders, and project teams to validate content accuracy Support UAT, training delivery, and post-go-live adoption activities Maintain and update documentation as system enhancements are released What you must have: 5+ years creating training and documentation for enterprise systems, ideally Dynamics 365 Strong understanding of ERP/CRM processes and user adoption best practices Experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles Proficiency with eLearning tools and LMS platforms Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Thank you for your interest in this chance.
