Job Summary As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our front-of-house team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our unique venue.

You will be responsible for overseeing the customer-facing aspects of the business, driving sales and revenue, and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Manage and lead the front-of-house team, including servers, bartenders, and hosts Ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless guest experience Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including scheduling, inventory management,



and budgeting Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic plans for growth and improvement Identify and implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue Provide training and development opportunities for the front-of-house team Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere for our guests Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior-level front-of-house or operations role within the hospitality industry Proven track record of leading and inspiring customer-facing teams Exceptional customer service and sales skills Robust problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
