Your role encompasses managing client relationships, providing in-depth knowledge on federal and state taxation, and collaborating on cross-border tax issues. You'll also nurture talent within your team and contribute to strategic growth initiatives in EY’s U.S. Tax practice. Key Responsibilities:
Direct multiple complex U.S. tax compliance engagements
Build trusted relationships with tax leaders and stakeholders




Provide technical leadership on federal and state tax matters
Review key deliverables including returns and workpapers
Coach and mentor Managers and staff for team development

Requirements:
Relevant undergraduate degree required
8+ years of progressive U.S. tax experience
Proven leadership in team management
Solid technical research capabilities
Experience drafting client-ready communications
