Conduct research and draft policies to enhance market integrity
Engage with the Canadian Securities Administrators for rule approvals
Review international and domestic market structure developments
Represent CIRO in meetings and advisory committees
Support CIRO divisions including Surveillance and Compliance
Requirements:
Law Degree and in positive standing with Canadian Bar
5–10 years’ relevant experience in the regulatory field
Experience in policy development and project management
Exceptional communication, writing, and analytical skills
Comprehensive knowledge of securities legislation and market operations
