Our energy & resources client is seeking a Project Manager IV (10+ years of experience) to lead capital growth, maintenance, and pipeline projects using engineering and project management practices Join a team supporting large-scale facility and pipeline projects within the oil and gas sector.

This role oversees full project lifecycle activities including engineering, scoping, procurement, construction coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and technical reviews for projects ranging from $K to $MM.

The position supports complex infrastructure initiatives involving facilities, pump stations, storage tanks, terminals, piping, and related mechanical equipment.

Contract, Edmonton or Calgary Hybrid, on site 3 days a week 12 months Must Haves 10+ years in engineering and project management across facility projects and pipeline projects Project scope , cost estimate , execution plan , procurement , and contracting strategy ownership across full project lifecycle activities Engineering deliverables , technical bids , vendor quotations , and material procurement review and approval Design reviews , constructability reviews , PHA reviews , and compliance with regulatory , environmental , and industry code requirements Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering, preferably Electrical,



Mechanical, Piping, Project Management, or related field Nice to Have Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and reporting for engineering projects Experience supporting cost-saving initiatives aligned with project business justification Valid Class 5 drivers license with a clean driving record Experience applying lessons learned to improve project design and execution Responsibilities Lead project management, development, engineering, and scoping activities across the full project lifecycle Own project scope, schedule, cost estimate, execution plan, contracting strategy, procurement, risks, and supporting documentation Manage and approve third-party engineering deliverables against budget and schedule requirements Review vendor quotations and evaluate technical bids to support material procurement activities Coordinate design reviews, constructability reviews, PHA reviews, and related project assurance activities Ensure projects comply with regulatory, environmental, health and safety, industry code, and corporate standard requirements Provide technical guidance through lessons learned, standard updates, engineering plans, and contractor evaluations
