Key Responsibilities: • Lead legal support for corporate transactions • Negotiate and structure deal documents • Coordinate due diligence efforts • Manage general corporate project initiatives • Review complex commercial agreements when time permits
Requirements: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited school • 5+ years of M&A; legal experience • Active law license in valuable standing • In-house experience preferred • Excellent English communication skills
