This role requires close collaboration with cybersecurity, compliance, and IT teams to drive Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions
• Document current and future state business workflows
• Gather and validate functional and technical requirements
• Support application onboarding into SailPoint environments
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project updates
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Business Analyst roles within tech
• Proven experience in documenting business and technical needs
• Robust facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of IAM concepts is an asset
