The product redefines email communication and transaction by developing an online collaboration tool which optimizes their customers'' workflow.

As a Staff Engineer, you will spend most of your time on feature development and the rest on technical leadership.

You will also create sustainable, high-performance, and scalable solutions and provide solutions to challenging problems.

You will collaborate with the global team with the goal to reinvent the way people communicate in enterprises.

multi-tier distributed software applications 5+ years backend development experience building and running applications using Java/Kotlin/Typescript/Node.js Adept in working in product-first companies and experience in developing SaaS platforms creating current ideas from initial design to product release Competent in designing and developing solutions to complex problems with significant impact Experience in conducting feasibility studies Experience in modern technology research and assessment and making the optimal architectural decisions for complex business problems Passionate team players who can provide leadership and can push the norms Strong oral and written communication skills Nice to have 2+ years frontend development experience using Type
