Engage in critical facility enhancements as a Facility Projects Coordinator, supporting capital projects with efficiency and strategic vision for six months.

In this role, you will coordinate the planning, execution, and oversight of facility capital projects to meet organizational needs effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with applicable regulations and supporting long-term asset management priorities. Your expertise in project management and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders will drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement processes and contractor selection
• Track construction progress and report on variances
• Develop communication plans for project visibility

• Conduct risk assessments and recommend creative solutions

Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years in capital project coordination

• Relevant post-secondary qualification required
