Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead a skilled team to maintain, repair, and optimize all mechanical and electrical systems critical for production. Your contributions will focus on improving continuous processes while adhering to safety standards, thus fostering an inclusive work atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily maintenance operations and staffing
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and monitor compliance
• Coordinate with vendors for machinery and parts
• Supervise all electrical installations and PLC updates
• Maintain cleanliness and order within maintenance areas
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar discipline
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance
• Familiarity with SAP, Kronos, and CMMS systems
• Proven problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
• Experience in budget management and cost control
