Become the People and Culture Manager for Leo Street Youth and Family Services Society in BC. This permanent, full-time position centers on HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and organizational culture enhancement.
As part of the Leadership Team, your role will involve supervising HR operations and ensuring compliance with HR legislation. You will drive improvements in processes and policies while fostering a positive work setting for employees. Your key activities will include analyzing metrics and overseeing the recruitment and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance organizational culture through employee engagement
• Support development of employee training programs




• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and recruitment
• Manage job offers and administer benefits programs
• Develop resources for employee development and safety compliance
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• CPHR designation preferred
• At least 5 years of HR experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Required vulnerable sector police clearance
