The Chance

As an LPN, you will provide compassionate, person‑centered care, collaborate with the care team, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold strong clinical standards while promoting resident safety and wellness.

The Role

- Provide safe, person‑centered nursing care to residents
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams on complex care needs
- Administer medications and treatments following clinical best practices
- Promote resident wellness and support care plan implementation
- Monitor safety risks and respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate documentation using electronic health records
- Demonstrate Baptist Housing’s values and servant leadership in all you do

Requirements

- Licensed Practical Nursing diploma with current BCCNM registration
- Experience in long‑term, complex, or assisted living care preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certification




- Familiarity with electronic medical records (e.g., Point Click Care)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills

Compensation & Benefits

Under the Master Collective Agreement, Level 1 LPNs receive an hourly rate of $32.84 to $41.35. Benefits include extended health and dental coverage, a municipal pension plan, vacation allowances, an employee assistance program, and professional development opportunities.
