This full-time position offers you an opportunity to support the Membership and Services team. You will analyze systems and process data while assisting with change management initiatives and project activities. Additionally, collaboration with staff and members on standards development and event organization will enhance your understanding of the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze systems and process data for standards operations
• Support process improvement initiatives and internal meetings
• Conduct research and problem-solve issues in standards projects




• Assist with member programs and standards events
• Coordinate activities with membership and standards teams
Requirements:
• Completed second year or higher of an undergraduate program
• Knowledge of process improvement and change management preferred
• Experience working with volunteers or multi-stakeholder groups
• Solid communication and project management skills
• Proficiency in French is advantageous
